While an internet connection is not required to initially activate the software after installation, an Internet connection is required to continue/renew the subscription once the term has ended or the software will stop running on on the date of expiration

Perpetual 2025 and Older Licenses:

Yes, an internet connection is required to activate the license after initial installation and it's also required in order for the software to check for any emergency hotfixes and new feature updates which may be available for the purchased software
